I live in New York City, and I really want to visit Dubai. People who’ve never lived in NYC can’t imagine how dirty it is here, or how uncomfortable it can be to walk around with so many homeless people on the streets.

Thinking of moving to Dubai as well, and since you mentioned the family friendly aspect and safety its especially interesting to me.
I currently live in Antwerpen and Barcelona, do you think the prices compare to those cities (Antwerp is as expensive as London daily life but cheaper for rent) and Barcelona is very cheap generally except things like rent and gym etc.
You said you like to travel back to EU in the summer, I’d probably do something similar and go back to Barcelona.
Not to take too much of your time, for someone who works in tech, makes content (hopefully money from it too, but more of a hobby) and wants to start a digital company (think design, coding etc) do you think Dubai is worth it?
Not to mention the investment opportunities like crypto etc, are those at 0% too? The internet says they are.

I love Barcelona and the Catalan coast and south of Spain, easy to travel and enjoy life, but I also have my spurts of lock in and working. Which by the sounds of it is perfect for Dubai.
