If someone has income with 0% tax, the home country (where someone holds the passport) will tax that income per their tax bracket. This is for the EU and I think the US, and probably the rest of the World but I might be wrong about that part.
Since 2021 all banks in the World have been connected regarding sharing information (tax & passport).

I have done a bit of traveling/living abroad (Europe) and it made me realise I need to live somewhere I know well e.g. where I grew up (UK).
It's great saving money and all but you can't put a price on feeling 'at home'.

Not true. US is the big one that has citizen-based taxation. most others don't
