The Manual #54 - Get used to being cringe
When you first swing a golf club. You look like an idiot.
When you first play a new instrument. You sound terrible.
When you first share your first piece of content online. You look cringe.
Getting used to being cringe is probably one of the most difficult social issues to overcome. We all cringe, at ourselves and at other people.
But you have to think about how cringe is the thing you’re actually doing. If you’re not hurting anyone, is it really a big deal?
I remember when I first started sharing content online, my own “friends” used to think it was cringe. It just because I hadn’t done it before and I had no followers.
Something magical happens though when you start gaining followers. It could 100 or 100,000. The tide turns. Now instead of being cringe, the same thing you’re doing suddenly becomes “cool”.
Whenever you start doing something new, get used to being cringe. New things will never be scary then.

I’m selling one of my businesses
I’m selling ulxstore.com.
Now that I’ve moved to Dubai and want a bit more freedom in my life, I’m selling my physical e-commerce store.
It’s made over $2.6m since I started it. And I feel like it needs someone with more experience and time to build it further.
If anyone here is interested in purchasing, contact me. In your submission, please let me know who you are and link to your LinkedIn, website, Instagram or anything relevant.
