videocreatorcourse.com
The Video Creator Course is finally live! We also lowered the price from $299 to $199 to make it a bit more accessible in the beginning and reward early customers.
Plan is to raise the price as we add more modules. So now is the best time to get it.
The course covers:
Camera setup
Scene setup
Color grading
Audio setup
And much much more…
Really proud of how it’s turned out and the Discord community with it is amazing. Great to talk to so many others looking to up their video skills.
Work on the right thing
Unfortunately we don’t live in a world where hard work = money.
To earn enough money to be comfortable, well-off or wealthy you have to work on the right thing. You have to choose a career that has a high monetary output for the least amount of work possible.
There is also a degree of luck involved. As those really early on in something new are more likely to be rewarded more. However that doesn't mean you still can’t benefit.
This idea that you choose one career and stick to it is very old-fashioned now. We live in a time where it’s easier than ever to change your career. Just make sure to choose something you can see yourself doing for 2, 5 or 10 years.
This video has now shot straight into my top 10 most viewed videos on the channel. All within 3 weeks. Clearly people are interested in figuring out the best settings for photos with the iPhone.

A collection of links to stuff I think are worth sharing.
You gotta eat dirt and not care about status — Incredible discussion on what it takes to make it as an entrepreneur.
Then Mindful Time Tracker — Not one to use time trackers myself but I can see this being useful for others.
Skiff — I don’t even have any use for it but this is beautiful looking software.
Ultra — An infinite moodboard/whiteboard.
Snapchat Creator Programme — So I had no idea Snapchat had a creator programme where it pays creators to share on the platform. This is incredible and more platforms should be doing.
Weight loss drug — I AM VERY skeptical about things like this. But considering it’s coming from Vox, they’ve put together this very short video essay on a diabetic drug that also has the side effect of weight loss.
In the mind of Oliur — Short written interview of myself, from the makers of My Mind.
Jobs under threat due to AI — OpenAI have published a paper sharing what jobs are most under threat.
Why so many people need glasses — Another great Vox video. So our parents telling us off for looking at screens all day was actually valid.
Arc Browser — They’ve now released a mobile version.
Private Discord — Reminder that I have private paid discord as well if you want to join the conversation.
So how do you determine the best thing to work on when you don't know what will succeed? Is it just a matter of creating the most thing to gain the advantage of luck?
