Everything in life has some attached value to it. That value can vary from being worthless to being priceless.
Some things people value include money (duh), material objects, fit body, relationships…etc.
Usually when something has value, it is not easy to attain.
Having a fit body, maybe you want big arms, a six pack, or a slim waist — require time and effort. The reason they’re valued is because not everyone has them, and to achieve them a person has to go through a rigorous regime.
A healthy relationship with a loved one is something that’s become harder and harder to achieve. It’s why dating apps exist. People value having a connection with someone. Yet a lot of people aren’t willing to figure themselves out and be their own person, never mind have another person join them.
So next time you want something of value, remember it doesn't come easy. It takes time and effort.
